Presentation design for real-estate investment firm Hackman Capital Partners for their annual investor meeting. Proprietary information removed.
The slide deck needed to be engaging, dynamic and deliver detailed information about the status of the portfolio, including visualizations of key data points. All graphics rendered are original to the slide deck design.
Elements from the HCP website and brand guideline drove the overall design for the presentation with creative license taken for key impactful updates. Property images were used as design elements throughout.
Tetris
A key challenge in creating this deck was the amount of information that needed to be visually laid out and presented neatly in each slide. My solution was to chunk out the text elements and block them by key data points, and highlight key pieces of information with proper text hierarchy.
