Digital marketing content, web design, and brand collateral for the New York City based health-tech startup, Resilience Lab.

Resilience Lab needed to develop their online presence and digital marketing platforms. Part of this initiative involved improving their social media accounts and increasing word-of-mouth through online advertisements.

I worked with Resilience Lab before and after their rebrand to incorporate their brand and voice into a social media personality that they could use to advertise their services in the New York metro area.

One of the goals for social media was to make therapy more approachable and appeal to a wider audience. With bright color choices and simple messaging, we created a less intimidating space.

By highlighting photos and content from the therapy team and using selective plant imagery, we created an invitation for folks to engage with the content and develop a positive relationship to the brand.

Innovative Design

Part of our strategy involved iterating on different types of content and utilizing new features across our various platforms. We launched a video series with the therapy team, educating on topics of choice with our audience; a stories-based weekly Q&A; as well as a guided meditation series––all created with Adobe software. As a result, our engagement skyrocketed.

Web and Mobile

In addition to social media marketing, we did a refresh to the website after the rebrand. While the website is a more formal launching-point, we kept the aesthetic friendly with simple layouts contrasted with vivid imagery. Articles written by the therapists add a personal touch.
